My weight loss success stories are like  needing  keys to open a door, in weight loss is the same, you need a keys to open the door to real weight loss. That is why I call it Weight Loss Success Stories.

How is that?  To lose weight you have to eat less and do exercises, but it is never as simple as it sounds….   Immediately after you start a diet your stomach starts to  crave for more food, and that somehow you know that it will be a pain to keep up with the low calorie intake.

If you’ve played  sports, then you know that when you exercises you will feel pain and even frustration, trying to get into exercises routine.   While believing that you are wasting your time because you  have a busy life you will have more problems sticking with the program.

Why I call this Weight Loss Success Stories is because it is a collection of events that you have to go through to achieve success.   So, when you are on diet and on regular exercises program you need more energy,  power and motivation just to keep up.

You will be more stressed and more busy then you were before and that will sum up with your actual stress and busy level, the same things that brought you here.  If you have a lot of extra weight mean you are too busy with your work or family to do exercises or to eat healthy food.   Other reason is work or family stress. In fewer words: you are stressed and busy.

What everyone tells you is that you need more time to make exercises, more time to prepare and eat healthy food,  more patience to deal with the cravings and with the exhausting exercises….   How can you do this when you already are at maximum with the stress and busy level?

There is a secret key that will get trough this painful process:     Motivation. If you are not motivated you can’t do anything,  but if you are very motivated that you can forget about work problems and you will focus on dieting and exercises.

Weight Loss Success Stories 2011

With that in mind you will be unstoppable, once you forget what you are fighting for you will fail. What is better than the feeling after you win a very tough war? When you’re in a weight loss program, sometimes it seems like weight loss was the last thing that the program was designed to do.

He loss the weight, and now he is Subway’s most well known advocate.
